1. Scope

These terms apply to all offers, agreements and services provided by Flexergy, including flexibility scans, feasibility studies and support with EPC contracting.

2. Services

Flexergy performs its services with due care and expertise. Deliverables, timelines and fees are set out per assignment in a written proposal or agreement.

3. Client obligations

The client provides the information required to perform the services, including energy and metering data, accurately and on time.

4. Subsidies

Flexergy supports subsidy applications on a best-effort basis. Granting of subsidies is at the discretion of the issuing authority and is not guaranteed.

5. Liability

Flexergy's liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant assignment, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
